Q. I know a friend is on gift-genie, how can I find them?
A. For security reasons we dont allow users to search for just
anyone's list. The best way to find your friend is to add them as a friend using
the myFriends section or simply ask them to invite you.
Q. What if I want to cancel/change the gift I bought someone
A. Currently the cancelling bought gifts feature is unavailable,
we are working hard to recify this, if this is a problem, please email us and
we can manually cancel your gift.
Q. My friend has sent an invitation to a different address than
the one I'm registered with
A. No problem! Open the invitation, and follow the instructions, when
you click the link in the email and sign in, we will automatically work out which
email address you are registered with.
